Why is magnesium supplementation an important part of your daily regimen?

You need calcium for strong bones and teeth, but to properly absorb calcium, you also need magnesium. Involved in more than 300 biochemical processes, magnesium also helps support nerve, muscle and heart function and promotes calm and relaxation.
What makes Solaray Magnesium Glycinate more absorbable than other kinds of magnesium?

Magnesium Glycinate is made by reacting magnesium with the amino acid glycine. This chelation process makes the magnesium more absorbable and easier to digest. Our Magnesium Glycinate also contains 5mg of BioPerine to make it more readily absorbed.
What is the dosage and serving size of Solaray Magnesium Glycinate?

Each serving supplies 350mg of bioavailable magnesium – or 83% the DV. Vegan and formulated with Non-GMO Project Verified Magnesium Bisglycinate, our 4-capsule servings can be divided and taken throughout the day for better utilization by the body.
